B738 Aircraft - The Boeing 737 Next Generation, often abbreviated as 737NG, or 737 Next G, is a narrow-body aircraft powered by two jet engines and manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. It was introduced in 1993 as the third version of the Boeing 737, and has been in production since 1997.

It has a redesigned wing with larger area, wider wings, higher fuel capacity, higher take off weight (MTOW) and longer range. It has CFM International CFM56-7 series engines, a glass cockpit, and an improved and redesigned interior configuration. This series includes four models, the −600/-700/-800/-900, which accommodate 108 and 215 people. The main competition for the 737NG is the Airbus A320 family.

B738 Aircraft

B738 Aircraft

, a total of 7,124 737NG aircraft were ordered, of which 7,099 were delivered, with the remaining orders for two -800s, and 23 -800A variants. The change ordered was the 737-800, with 4,991 commercial aircraft, 191 military, and 23 corporate, or 5,205 in total.

B737 800 Ryanair

The first 737NG, the 737-700, was introduced on December 8, 1996, and first flew on February 9, 1997, later delivered to Southwest Airlines.

Frequent Boeing customer United Airlines purchased a more advanced Airbus A320 with fly-by-wire controls, prompting Boeing to update the shorter and shorter version of the 737 Classic to perform more efficiently, the longest version of the New Generation.

The first NG introduced was the 737−700, on December 8, 1996. This aircraft, built as the 2nd, 843rd 737, first flew on February 9, 1997, with pilots Mike Hewett and K Higgins. The prototype 737−800 was launched on June 30, 1997, and first flew on July 31, 1997, piloted by Jim McRoberts and flown by Hewett. The smallest of the new versions, the −600 series, which is equivalent in size to the −500, was introduced in December 1997 and the first flight took place on January 22, 1998; it was certified by the FAA on August 18, 1998.

In 2004, Boeing offered the Short Range Performance package to meet the needs of Gol Transportes Aéreos, which regularly operates at restricted airports. Hancemts improve takeoff and landing performance. The optional package is available on 737NG models and the standard equipment 737-900ER.

Ryanair Flight Fr058

In July 2008, Boeing supplied Messier-Bugatti-Dowty with new carbon brakes for the Next-G 737s, which are intended to replace the steel brakes and will reduce brake weight by 550-700 pounds (250-320 kg) depending on whether the Standard or high capacity steel brakes are fitted. A 700 pound (320 kg) weight reduction on the 737-800 results in a 0.5% reduction in fuel burn.

Delta Air Lines received the first Next-G 737 model with this brake package, the 737-700, in July 2008.

The CFM56-7B Evolution nacelle was first tested in August 2009 for use on the 737 PIP (Performance Improvement Package) due for final service in mid-2011. This new development is said to reduce drag by at least 1% and the total weight. Overall, a 2% improvement in fuel consumption over long distances is claimed.

B738 Aircraft

This short-range design package is optional on the 737-600, -700, and -800 and is standard on the new 737-900ER. These types of reduced runways can increase operating payload or fuel loads on runways below 5,000 feet (1,500 m). Arrival loads were increased to 8,000 lbs on the 737-800 and 737-900ER and to 4,000 lbs on the 737-600 and 737-700. The payload is increased to 2,000 lbs on the 737-800 and 737-900ER and up to 400 lbs on the 737-600 and 737-700. The package includes:

Gjswa2039 Gemini Jets Southwest Airlines Boeing B737 800

The first version was delivered to Gol Transportes Aéreos (GOL) on July 31, 2006. At that time, twelve customers had ordered a package with more than 250 airframes. Customers include: GOL, Alaska Airlines, Air Europa, Air India, Egyptair, GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS), Hapagfly, Japan Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, Ryanair, Sky Airlines and Turkish Airlines.

In 2005, three former Boeing employees filed a lawsuit on behalf of the US government, claiming that the 737NG jet contained defective components supplied by the airframe manufacturer Ducommun, and Boeing killed the allegations.

The federal judge presiding over the case agreed with Boeing, and an appeals court later ruled in favor of the company.

A 2010 Al Jazeera documentary alleges that in three crashes involving the 737NG - Turkish Airlines Flight 1951, American Airlines Flight 331, and AIRES Flight 8250 - the fuselage broke after impact with the ground due to structural damage that was meant. 2005 case.

Aeroflot Enhances Fleet With Boeing B737 800

However, accident investigations in all three cases showed no link between post-impact structural failure and manufacturing problems.

During an inspection of the 737NG in 2019 with 35,000 flights, fatigue cracks were found in the fuselage-to-wing connection known as the "pickle fork", which is designed to last a lifetime of 90,000 flights. Boeing reported the issue to the FAA in September 2019, and several planes showed similar cracks after testing.

Cracks were found in an aircraft carrier with more than 33,500 aircraft, when it was dismantled to make an airplane. Airlines with more than 30,000 flights (15 years for 2,000 flights per year) must be inspected within one week, and those with more than 22,600 flights (11 years) must be inspected within of one year.

B738 Aircraft

Of the 500 aircraft tested for the first time, 5% (25) had cracks and were grounded; Boeing is expected to prepare the first aircraft three weeks after the order is issued, which serves as a template for the resulting Service Bulletin.

Of the 810 aircraft tested over 30,000 cycles, 38 (4.7%) had structural cracks, leaving 1,911 737NGs over 22 cycles, 600 to be tested within their next 1,000 cycles, i. e., almost all US ships in service 1, 930.

In early November, 1,200 aircraft were inspected, with cracks in around 60 (5%). Cracks were found near the fast moving vehicles outside the starting point on four planes. On November 5, Boeing proposed expanding the checks to include them, which the FAA will approve on November 13.

. Aircraft with less than 30,000 cycles were to be re-inspected within 1,000 cycles, not to exceed 60 days. About a quarter of NG's global fleet of 6,300 aircraft was to be tested.

After the material failure of Southwest Airlines Flight 1380 on April 17, 2018, the NTSB recommended on November 19, 2019, that it redesign and reinstall its nacelle on 6,800 operational airplanes.

Boeing 737 Next Generation

Boeing 737 production would increase from 31.5 units per month in September 2010 to 35 in January 2012 and to 38 units per month in 2013.

The production rate was 42 units per month in 2014, and it was planned to reach 47 units per month in 2017 and 52 units per month in 2018.

In 2016, the monthly production rate was targeted to reach 57 units per month in 2019, which is estimated at the factory limit of 63 units later. One plane was produced at the Boeing Rton Factory in 10 days, less than half of what it was a few years ago. A bare fuselage from Spirit AeroSystems in Wichita, Kansas, goes into the plant on Day 1. Electrical wiring is installed on Day 2 and plumbing on Day 3. On Day 4 the fuselage is lifted by crane and rotated -90 degrees, the wings. together to fly in a process of six hours, and the landing gear, and the plane is also rotated 90 °. The final assembly process begins on Day 6 with the installation of aircraft seats, ships, toilets, overhead bins, etc. the jeans are tied on Day 8 and leave the factory for flight testing on Day 10.

B738 Aircraft

Boeing stopped assembling the passenger 737NG in 2019. The last integrated aircraft was delivered to KLM in December 2019; the last two deliveries were to China Eastern Airlines on January 5, 2020. Production of the P-8 Poseidon version continues.

The FAA has proposed fines of up to $3.9 million over allegations that Boeing installed the same defective 737 MAX parts in 133 other 737 NGs.

As early as 2006, Boeing discussed replacing the 737 with a "clean sheet" design (internally designated "Boeing Y1") that would follow the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

In 2011, Boeing introduced the 737 MAX, an updated and redesigned version of the 737NG with the CFM International LEAP-1B high performance aircraft, and aerodynamic changes with different wing tips.

A plan view of the 737NG showing a wing that is 25% larger and 16 feet (4.9 m) wider compared to the 737 Classic

Aviation Photographs Of Code Number: B738

The wing was redesigned with a thinner airfoil, and the larger chord and enlarged wing (16 ft (4.9 m)) increased the wing area by 25%, which also increased fuel capacity by 30%. New CFM56-7B engines are used which are quieter and more powerful.

The 737NG is the successor to the -600, -700, -800, and -900 with improved performance and retained similarities from previous 737 models. Improvements in wing, engine and fuel efficiency combined increased the range of the 737 by 900 nmi (1,700 km) to more than 3,000 nmi (5,600 km),

Airplane Woman Breastfeeding Cat - Things apparently got weird on a recent Delta flight from Syracuse to Atlanta when a woman reportedly started nursing a cat, to the horror of fellow passengers and crew.

The flight attendant sent a mid-flight message via the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) alerting the ground crew that the person sitting in seat "13A" was feeding the cat and did not want to return it to [the flight attendant's] seat upon request by the carrier. "

The ACARS message goes on to call on Delta's "red coat" team — a special team the airline calls "customer service experts" — to greet the woman when the flight lands in Atlanta.

Fox News' Trace Gallagher reported that the flight attendant later provided more details about the incident on social media, recalling, "This lady had one of these hairless cats, she wrapped them in a blanket and it looked like a baby... her shirt came off , he tries to lock the cat, but he doesn't want to put the cat back in the cage."

The incident reportedly took place on the November 13 flight and it is unclear whether the Red Coat team confronted the woman. Delta Air Lines did not respond to FOX Business' request for comment. There's nothing the internet loves more than videos of people panicking on airplanes. This is especially true in the age of Covid-19, where mask and vaccine requirements have made air travel much more stressful than usual: we like to see Karen HAM as a flight attendant or an unsuspecting passenger before we observe her a bit. Then let her be punished.

Woman Breastfeeds Cat On Delta Airlines Flight

But if there's one thing we've learned from viral content, it's that if a video looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. Case in point: a four-part TikTok video purporting to show a man on a crowded flight complaining about his neighbor breastfeeding a cat on a crowded flight went viral on Twitter last night.

1/4 I'm dying. "Is that a cat or a baby!?" "She feeds the cat." via @alessiavaesenn on tiktok. It's worth it. pic.twitter.com/VKWmA0NwMO — Marshall Allman (@MarshallAllman) December 21, 2021

For the savvy consumer of online content, there are many signs that the aforementioned videos are orchestrated or at least of dubious origin. The seatbacks are odd; the blinds are all raised on the fly; the camera quality is deceptively professional and the comedic timing impeccable with the angry neighbor. And yet, for whatever reason — perhaps a pre-holiday hunger for content — people shared the clip without question, often in the context of expressing their disbelief at the behavior of an ignorant white woman. "I'm dying LMAOOOO white girl," wrote one Twitter user, whose tweet had been retweeted more than 7,500 times as of press time. Earlier this month, a true story went viral about a woman on a Delta flight from Syracuse to Atlanta who was allegedly jailed for trying to feed a hairless cat on the plane. She was arrested by security officers, which seems to confirm the authenticity of the video.

Airplane Woman Breastfeeding Cat

Of course, just because people want a video to be real doesn't mean it is. As journalist Ryan Broderick tweeted, while the video initially went viral on TikTok, it appears to have been posted on Dec. 18 to the Facebook page of Gooch, a content creator with 98,000 Facebook followers and a former Ringling Brothers circus clown. His site features "scripted plays, satires, parodies, magic tricks, pre-recorded videos and other forms of entertainment." (in the e-mail

Woman Caught Breastfeeding Her Cat On Airplane! Wtf?!

Gooch himself confirmed this, saying that the video that went viral on TikTok was stolen from his account. ) Many of the videos on the Gooch site were filmed on airplanes, including one posted on Dec. 16 titled "Nude Woman on Airplane Gets Instant Karma" about a woman complaining about sitting next to her baby (in the video of the baby breastfeeding, the baby appears to be wrapped in the same blanket as well as a cat).

The brown cat feeder in the video bears a strong resemblance to a woman named Taylor Watson, an artist, songwriter and content creator. Watson previously rose to fame by appearing in a bizarre "food hack" video in which she demonstrated how to make nachos by pouring ingredients like cheese sauce and guacamole onto the counter. Watson does not post a video of the cat nursing on her Facebook page, but on December 12 she posted another clear video taken on set on an airplane that looks similar to the one in Gooch's video. In the video, she argues with a male passenger, played by the same actor in the cat breastfeeding video. He also wears the same furry white coat and black pants as the character in the nursing cat video.

A request for comment about Watson was not returned by press time, but in her Instagram Stories, Watson confirmed that she was the woman in the video and that it was staged. "As a friendly reminder, I do *script* *stage* *real* content for a living and I don't actually feed cats on airplanes...Merry Christmas meow," she wrote on her Instagram Story on Wednesday. She also published screenshots

"I'm sorry for bursting anyone's bubble, but that's 1000% false," she wrote. "It wasn't even a real plane. It was cut in half on the ground in the canyons of Los Angeles. Oh, p.s. it wasn't a cat...it was a lynx."

People Left Baffled By Video Of Woman Breastfeeding Cat On Plane

It's worth noting that Gooch doesn't seem to be promoting the cat breastfeeding video as something truly viral. In the original Facebook post, the title included a disclaimer saying that the videos on the site are "for entertainment purposes only," include "script, satire, and parody," and that "any resemblance to real people or events is purely coincidental." (However, that claim seems dubious given the actual breastfeeding story that went viral earlier this month).

However, the video was apparently shot in a style designed to look like legitimate airplane footage, with the woman berating onlookers and telling them to stop filming. Staged in-flight fights designed to look real are far from the first to go viral: Just last month, for example, a video of a pilot standing opposite a woman who refused to sit next to an unvaccinated person was on a plane. quickly became popular on TikTok. Many in the anti-vaxxer community shared this, believing it to be true and accepting his message against "discrimination" against unvaccinated travelers; however, as

According to reports, the video is actually a behind-the-scenes clip produced by content creator Prince Ea, who has his own IMDB page and professional actors, who posted behind-the-scenes footage of the set on Instagram.

Airplane Woman Breastfeeding Cat

The appeal of the anti-vaxxer video (hilariously named "Covid Flight" on IMDB) was palpable: the people who shared it didn't stop to question its source in order to advance their agenda. "They see something they identify with, similar to other viral social media content they've experienced, maybe even something that makes them feel good, and they spread the message without thinking," Darren Lim, Darren Linvill Associate Professor of Social Affairs, said of media misinformation. Clemson, previously mentioned

Woman Reportedly Caught 'breastfeeding A Cat' On Plane

As for the nursing cat video — which is far less overtly political and more absurd, especially given that it ends up featuring a stuffed lynx with round eyes — its appeal might be more direct: it's just a funny clip meant to highlight the absurdity of air travel , over-entitled travelers and these high-anxiety times. As is the case with many of these videos, knowing it was made to go viral greatly reduces its impact, so people hit the share button anyway without stopping to think about where it came from or why they're promoting it.

B350 Aircraft - This article covers the Models 200 and 300 Series. For the 90 and 100 series see Beechcraft King Air.

The Beechcraft Super King Air series is part of the twin turboprop line produced by Beechcraft. The Model 200 and Model 300 models were marketed as the "Super King Air" family; The "Super" name was dropped in 1996.

This 200T Super King Air was built in 1979 and features all the major modifications of the model; a radar detector on the belly and a camera hatch, wing fuel tanks and dome windows on the rear of the fuselage.

The Model 200 was originally produced as the Model 101 in 1969, a development of the Model 100 King Air.

The fuselage of the Model 200 remains the same as the Model 100, but the rear of the fuselage has been modified to include a new T-tail (instead of the traditional Model 100 tail with flexible, adjustable stabilizers) and stabilizers. change to allow for higher resolution.

Besides the T-tail, other changes included a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-41 engine rated at 850 shaft horsepower (630 kW) instead of the 680 shaft horsepower (510 kW) engine of the A100, as well as additional winglets and other . oil pressure.

Overall, the 200 is 3 ft 10 in (1.17 m) longer than the A100, has a 4 ft 3 in (1.29 m) wider wingspan, and holds 60 US gallons (230 liters) more fuel.

After long-term development, including intensive testing of the hurricane (especially the T-tail, which was tested for 375 hours),

These changes include changing the belly behind the wings to allow for camera imaging, providing a surveillance radar under the fuselage, dome-shaped windows on both sides of the rear fuselage to directly view those below the aircraft, and each wing tip There is a fuel tank up to 50 US liters (190 L) to increase flight volume.

The next model to appear was the Model 200C in 1979; This version had a large cargo door on the left rear of the fuselage, inside which was an airstair door similar to the door on the Model 200 aircraft.

Allows larger items to be loaded into the cabin. Model 200C is appreciated by many users who turn the interior into an air ambulance. The 200C was built from the ground up, not a modified 200.

In 1981, the 200C (c/no. BL-24) was modified to the 200CT, with wing-mounted fuel tanks like the 200T; Only one 200CT was built, but when the Model 200 was released in a new model, it spawned other aircraft.

It had the PT6A-42 engine, still rated at 850 shp (630 kW), but modified to increase the aircraft's performance.

That same year, the 200C gave way to the B200C, and the following year the first B200T and B200CT were evolved from the B200 and B200C, respectively.

Beginning in 1984, the B200, B200C and derivatives were equipped with a sliding shifter operated by a hydraulic cylinder powered by an electric pump mounted on the left.

This replaces the electromechanical reciprocating mechanism of the gearbox, driveshaft and chain and sprockets, throwing it back into the Twin Bonanza. At the same time, the propellers installed were changed from three-wheeled Hartzells to three-wheeled McCauleys.

B350 Aircraft

The 40 B200Cs built that year were delivered to the US military, and many similar aircraft were ordered in subsequent years, but no official civilian designation was given.

A total of 14 B200s were built in 1989 and 1990 in 13 seats with low volume and belly cargo; this was sold by Beechcraft as a passenger plane under the 1300 designation.

The propeller configuration changed again in 1992, and Beechcraft began offering a choice of 4-blade Hartzell or McCauley propellers or 3-blade Hartzell propellers; McCauley's three propellers were gone.

Beginning in October 1995, Beechcraft offered a modified B200 with Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS) avionics, called the "B200SE Super King Air" (Special Edition). The following year, the name "Super" disappeared from advertising and marketing.

The two B200Cs are the first prototypes to be delivered in almost three years (before the most suitable B200Cs were delivered in early 2006 for use as air ambulances in Scotland).

Beech Super King Air 350 (b300)

On May 21, 2007, at the annual 7th European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition in Geva, Hawker Beechcraft (as the company is now called) unveiled an updated version of the B200, the B200GT.

The B200GT is powered by a new PT6 engine developed directly by Canada's Pratt & Whitney; while it was rated at 850 shaft horsepower (630 kW), the new PT6A-52 could produce significantly more power than the −42. it replaces it, thereby making the airplanes more efficient. The B200GT and B200CGT with large cargo doors received FAA certification on November 16, 2007.

Hawker Beechcraft has chosen to use a new model number for the B200GT and B200CGT; "BY" for B200GT and "BZ" for B200CGT.

B350 Aircraft

In 2014, Beechcraft announced an option (available for existing manufacturers and aircraft) to increase the MTOW of the B200GT from 12,500 lb (5,700 kg) to 13,420 lb (6,090 kg) as the King Air 250EP (for an additional fee). The upgrade puts the 250EP in the same weight class as the King Air 350, which requires various modifications to meet certification requirements and special pilot ratings.

Crash Of A Beechcraft 350er Super King Air In Ji'an: 5 Killed

On December 2, 2020, Textron changed the King Air 200 series to the 260, with delivery expected in early 2021. This model has an autothrottle system, multi-scan weather radar, range of 1,720 nautical miles (3,190 km), maximum speed of 310 knots (570 km/h), and can carry nine people.

The US Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps have all flying versions of the Super King Air 200. As mentioned above, some were "off the shelf" civilian versions, but most were built specifically for the military and were considered by Beechcraft and the FAA as series different, the A200 series. There are several types of military units that are known by their military name, without an FAA designation assigned to them, although they have similar counterparts. Military designations vary by service, but most are called C-12 Huron or UC-12. This is used for public transportation. The military also uses the RC-12 Guardrail aircraft fleet for military intelligence missions.

The Canadian Air Force Command took over two of the first used 200 Super King Airs on loan from Awood Air in 1990. These aircraft were designated CT-145 under CF designation and were used as multi-engine trainers, replacing the Douglas C-47 . One was returned to the lessor and the third Model 200 was put to work so that both used aircraft would have the same design.

The King Air B200 entered service with the Royal Air Force (RAF) in 2004 as a multi-engine trainer aircraft, replacing the Jetstream T1.

The Royal Malaysian Air Force has four B200T models with an advanced command system, a large search radar and a futuristic looking system.

Beechcraft saw it as a powered jet model in the mid-1970s. The first prototype King Air 200 was redesigned using Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D turbofans in the nacelles above the wings.

Given the designation PD 290 (original design), the aircraft first flew on March 12, 1975.

B350 Aircraft

The 200 series was so popular that Beechcraft began work on the next model, which Beechcraft designated the 300 and marketed as the "Super King Air 300." The airframe of the B200 was "refined" and the most powerful engine (PT6A-60A, rated at 1,050 shp (780 kW)) was housed in a redesigned cowling (due to the engine's so-called "Pitot fairing"). , where the MTOW increased to 14,000 lb (6,400 kg). The Model 200 (c/no. BB-343) was modified to create the revised version of the new model and was flown in this configuration on October 6, 1981. The Model 300 took off on its first flight on September 3, 1983, with cargo starting the following year. Since not all countries allowed such aircraft to be certified to MTOW greater than 12,500 lb (5,700 kg), the 300LW model was developed at the same time, lowering the MTOW. Nine special Model 300 models were delivered to the FAA in 1987 and 1988. The first two were modifications of the standard Model 300 and the remaining 17 were purpose-built; since they were delivered, the FAA has used the fleet to monitor America's military airspace.

The longest production cycle of any civil turboprop in its class. It surpassed all its previous competitors; the only other pressurized multi-giant turboprop currently in production is the Piaggio P.180 Avanti.

Beechcraft Super King Air

This 200T Super King Air built in 1979 shows all the major modifications for this variant; belly radar and camera hatch, wingtip fuel tanks and a turret window on the rear of the fuselage.

The Model 200 was originally conceived as the Model 101 in 1969 and was a development of the Model 100 King Air.

The Model 200 had essentially the same fuselage as the Model 100, with modifications to the rear of the fuselage to accommodate the new T-tail (instead of the conventional 100 tail with a horizontal stabilizer that could be lowered in all movements) and structural changes to enabled higher maximum pressure. .

Besides the T-tail, other changes included Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-41 engines with 850 horsepower (630 kW) instead of the 680 horsepower (510 kW) of the production A100, and a wing with increased span and additional fuel capacity.

Overall, the 200 was 3 ft 10 in (1.17 m) longer than the A100, with a wingspan 4 ft 3 in (1.29 m) longer, holding 60 US gallons (230 L) more fuel.

After lengthy development, including extensive wind tunnel design testing (especially the T-tail which was tunnel tested for 375 hours),

Modifications included changes to the belly behind the wings to allow vertical camera photography, the provision of a surveillance radar in an under-fuselage pod, dome-shaped windows on the sides of the rear fuselage to allow passengers to view directly below the aircraft, and a fuel tank with a usable capacity of 50 US gallons (190 L) on each wing to increase the aircraft's range.

B300 Aircraft

Customers can specify any combination of these modifications when ordering the 200T; all 200Ts were factory modified Model 200s and were given new build numbers.

Beechcraft King Air B300

The next model to appear was the 200C in 1979; this version had a large cargo door on the port side of the rear fuselage with an airstair door similar to the Model 200 door built into it.

Enabling the loading of a large number of items into the cabin. The Model 200C found favor with many operators who fielded them internally as air ambulances. The 200C was built from scratch, not as a modification of the 200 model.

In 1981, the Model 200C (c/no. BL-24) was modified as the Model 200CT, fitted with the same wingtip fuel tanks as were installed on the Model 200T; there was only one 200CT, but it led to other aircraft after the updated version of the 200 went into production.

It was fitted with PT6A-42 engines, which still carried 850 horsepower (630 kW), but with improvements that resulted in better aircraft performance.

The 200C gave way to the B200C that same year, and the first B200T and B200CT were replaced by the B200 and B200C the following year.

Beginning in 1984, the B200, B200C and their derivatives were equipped with a revised landing gear retract mechanism that was actuated by hydraulic rams fed by an electric pump installed in the left wing.

This replaced the previous electro-mechanical transmission, driveshaft and chain and sprocket system that was a throwback to the Twin Bonanza. At the same time, the ship's propellers were changed from 3-bladed Hartzells to 3-bladed McCauleys.

B300 Aircraft

Forty-seven B200Cs produced that year were delivered to the US military, with dozens more of similar standard ordered in subsequent years, but without an official civilian model designation.

Raytheon Aircraft Company B300 Model Airplane

A total of 14 B200s were produced in 1989 and 1990 in the tall 13-seat DSity configuration with cargo belly; these were sold by Beechcraft as Model 1300 airplanes.

Propeller installation changed again in 1992, when Beechcraft began offering the option of Hartzell or McCauley 4-blade propellers, or Hartzell 3-blade propellers; McCauley 3 blade propellers were no longer available.

From October 1995, Beechcraft offered an updated B200 with Electronic Flight System (EFIS) avionics, which was marketed as the "B200SE Super King Air" (for special edition). The following year, the name "Super" was dropped from all marketing and advertising.

The two B200Cs were the first examples delivered in about three years (the most serviceable B200Cs prior to this were two delivered in early 2006 for use as air ambulances in Scotland).

On 21 May 2007, during the seventh annual European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in Geva, Hawker Beechcraft (as the company was now known) unveiled an updated version of the B200, the B200GT.

The B200GT is equipped with a new PT6 engine model developed specifically for it by Pratt & Whitney Canada; while still rated at 850 horsepower (630 kV), the new PT6A-52 develops peak power at an even higher altitude than the -42 it replaces, further improving the aircraft's performance. The B200GT and B200CGT with large cargo doors were certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on November 16, 2007.

Hawker Beechcraft decided to use new design prefixes for the B200GT and B200CGT; The B200GT was built with the prefix "BI" and the B200CGT with the prefix "BZ".

B300 Aircraft

In 2014, Beechcraft announced the availability of an option (available on production and existing aircraft) to increase the MTOV of the B200GT from 12,500 pounds (5,700 kg) to 13,420 pounds (6,090 kg), marketed as the King Air 250EP (for additional payload). The upgrade puts the 250EP in the same weight class as the King Air 350, requiring various system changes to meet certification requirements and special pilot ratings.

On 2 December 2020, Tektron updated the King Air 200 series with 260, deliveries expected in early 2021 ) and a maximum cruise speed of 310 kn (570 km/h) with up to nine passengers.

The United States Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps all have flying versions of the Super King Air 200. As noted above, some are civilian versions that are not sold, but most are intended for the military and operated by Beechcraft and the FAA as a separate series, series A200. A significant minority of military versions are known solely by military designations, with no FAA model designations assigned, although they basically have equivalent civilian models. The military designation varies from service to service, but most are called C-12 Huron or UC-12. They are used to transport personnel. The Army also operates a series of RC-12 Guardrail aircraft for military reconnaissance missions.

The Canadian Forces Air Command took delivery of two used early production Model 200 Super King Airs leased from Avood Air in 1990. They were designated CT-145 under the CF identification system and were used as multi-giant trainers, replacing the Douglas C-47. One was then returned to the lessor and the third Model 200 was put into service so that both used aircraft would have the same cockpit layout.

The Royal Malaysian Air Force operates four B200T variants equipped with a tactical command system, a main search radar and an infrared forward-looking system.

The Beechcraft was considered a jet-powered version in the mid-1970s. The first prototype King Air 200 was modified with Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D shrouded turbofans.

Named PD 290 (for conceptual design), the aircraft first flew in this configuration on March 12, 1975.

B300 Aircraft

The 200 Series proved so popular that Beechcraft began work on a successor, designated the Beechcraft Model 300 and marketed as the "Super King Air 300". The B200 airframe was "cleaned up" and more powerful wires (PT6A-60A, rated at 1,050 horsepower (780 kV)) were installed in redesigned cowlings (known as "pitot shells" due to the reshaped huge air intakes), with an increased MTOV to 14,000 lb ( 6,400 kg). The Model 200 (c/no BB-343) was modified to develop updated systems to be used on the new model and flew in this configuration on 6 October 1981. The first flight of the Model 300 prototype took place on September 3, 1983, and deliveries began the following year. As not all countries would allow an aircraft of this type to be certified with an MTOV greater than 12,500 lb (5,700 kg), the 300LV model was also developed at the same time, limited to a lower MTOV. Nine examples of the special version of the Model 300 were delivered to the FAA in 1987 and 1988. The first two were conversions of the standard 300, while the remaining 17 were purpose-built; after they were delivered, the FAA used the fleet to inspect a wide network of ships in the

All international orders - Use courier - see above. It is your responsibility to comply with customs and VAT obligations. No warranty or return/exchange. All sales outside of the United States will last.

We will ship the guns to a US address, just like a freight forwarder, if you want to go that way. There are many ships in the United States that will be willing to ship our products. We can also go to hotels in the US.

We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the Airsoft retail industry. We're here to make sure your experience buying airsoft products online is as smooth as possible. If you have any problems, please contact us as soon as possible. We will rectify the situation as best we can in time.

A quick note about our return policy: Airsoft guns are considered a recreational, electronic product. Airsoft products are not expensive toys. These are simple electronic devices that can be easily damaged without proper care. They are also considered firearms in some areas, so like real gun stores, we have an 'all last sold' policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to all end-of-sale policies:

Exchanges of some products are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage during delivery. If an item is damaged, or shipped incorrectly, please contact Customer Support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for the exact product, but we will consider other exchanges or savings on a case-by-case basis. An exchange is not a return. Exchange is for the same or similar item in cases of defects or damage. Exchanges for manufacturing defects are at our discretion by going directly through us or the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty is always through the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for sending it back to us or shipping all new items and defects.

Returns: We do not provide returns on any of our products. All sales are considered final due to the nature of Airsoft products. Exchanges for defects are within 14 days only. We offer a few product exceptions on a case-by-case basis but generally all sales are final.

Gun Warranty:  Guns have a full warranty direct from the manufacturer on ALL guns. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others all have extended warranties of 30 days - 1 year depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer on warranty for defects. Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranties for firearms with manufacturing defects after 14 days. We do not pay for shipping.

Please email us to request an RMA # before returning your product and include the RMA # on the outside of the package, with your contact information inside.

Please allow 7-10 days to process RMAs for exchanges or refunds as we are busy with sales volume. Please email us if it is more than 2 weeks after we receive your RMA so we can follow up.

Same policy as above (online purchase) - please return your item to the store within 14 days of purchase if you have a defective product or warranty issue. If a defect is found, we will offer to repair the product free of charge, offer an exchange for the same item, or offer a store credit (if the original product is out of stock). We only offer exchanges if there is a manufacturer defect. It's all marketing
